Peel and dice the potatoes. Cut the onions into wedges. Cut the sausages into slices.
Fry the sausage slices in fat for approx. 5 minutes, add onions and potatoes. Add the sauerkraut and fry for another 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Pour in the stock and stew for 20 - 30 minutes. Stir in the sour cream and pour the chives over it.
Tip:
If you like, you can also cook 1 diced red pepper. I use my beloved sucuk instead of Wienerle and Krakauer.
