Ingredients
- 750 g potato (s)
- 2 onions)
- 2 sausages, Viennese
- 2 sausages, Krakauer
- 1 can sauerkraut, 425 ml
- Paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 liter vegetable stock
- 150 g sour cream
- 0.5 ½ bunch chives
- margarine

- Peel and dice the potatoes. Cut the onions into wedges. Cut the sausages into slices.
- Fry the sausage slices in fat for approx. 5 minutes, add onions and potatoes. Add the sauerkraut and fry for another 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Pour in the stock and stew for 20 - 30 minutes. Stir in the sour cream and pour the chives over it.
- Tip:
- If you like, you can also cook 1 diced red pepper. I use my beloved sucuk instead of Wienerle and Krakauer.
