- 500 g potato (s)
- 500 g carrot (s)
- 500 g meat sausae
- 3 medium onion (s)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste or 2 tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup cream
- 1 liter vegetable stock
- salt and pepper

- Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots. Cook in salted water for about 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, cut the sausage into small pieces and dice the onions. Fry both in oil.
- If fresh tomatoes are used, cut an X into the bottom, dip the tomatoes briefly in boiling water and then peel and chop them. Add tomatoes or tomato paste to the sausage and stir.
- Deglaze with cream and stock. Add potatoes and carrots and season with salt and pepper.
- Put the flour in a cup, add a little cold water and stir the mixture until smooth. Thicken the goulash while stirring and simmer for a few more minutes so that the flour taste disappears.
