  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 ring / s meat sausage, (Lyoner)
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 can tomato (s), chopped
  • a bit salt
  • some pepper
  • some curry
  • 250 ml vegetable stock

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and cut the Lyoner into slices. Dice the peppers and also cut the zucchini into slices.
  2. Fry one after the other in a saucepan with a little oil. Then fill up with the chopped tomatoes and pour the vegetable stock. Season to taste with salt, pepper and curry.
  3. Boiled potatoes go well with it.
