Ingredients
- 400 g sausaes, Viennese
- 1 leek
- 140 g corn, (can)
- 200 ml broth
- 200 g cream
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 2 teaspoons tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- salt and pepper

- Cut the sausages and leek into thin slices. (Possibly sauté the leek briefly). Drain the corn.
- Melt the butter and sweat the flour in it. Pour in the stock and cream and simmer for 8 minutes. Season with mustard, ketchup, salt and pepper. Add the leek, corn and sausages and heat in them.
- Easy to cook and tasty even for children.
- French fries also taste good.
