Instructions

  1. Chop the cauliflower raw into large pieces and chop briefly in the blender so that it looks like rice. Then sauté with the spices and the zest of the lemon in a saucepan together with the juice of the 1/2 lemon and 4 tablespoon water. It should be firm to the bite. Let cool down.
