Instructions

  1. Chop the parsley, mint, cucumber, bell pepper, tomatoes and onions as finely as possible.
  2. In the meantime, pour hot water over the bulgur and let it soak for a few minutes.
  3. Mix all ingredients together, season with pepper and, just before serving, drizzle with lemon juice and oil and stir again and season with the spices and lemon juice.
  4. Tastes best when drawn through, so it can be prepared well.
