Instructions

  1. First cook the tagliatelle in salted water until al dente. In the meantime, wash the meat and cut it into small pieces. Wash the snow peas and tomatoes as well.
  2. Now put the cream (or butter) in a large (!) Pan and fry the meat in it and season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. After a few minutes, mix in the snow peas and stew briefly.
  3. Then add the cup of brunch and, depending on your taste, 3/4 or 1 cup of cream. When the sauce has briefly boiled up, the tomatoes are added. After stirring briefly, fold in the pasta. Just season to taste, if necessary spice up with chili powder.
