Instructions

  1. Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté in a pan.
  3. Add the spinach, pour in the vegetable stock, bring to the boil and simmer covered for approx. 5 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in the brunch and parmesan, season with salt and pepper. Mix with the tagliatelle.
