Instructions

  1. Cook the ribbon noodles in plenty of salted water until they are firm to the bite.
  2. In the meantime, sweat the onion cubes in a little olive oil. Halve or third the tomatoes, depending on the size, and add them. Season with salt and pepper. Add the basil.
  3. Drain the pasta and mix with the tomatoes. Mix in the diced mozzarella and serve immediately.
