Instructions

  1. Cut the ham into narrow strips. Cook the pasta as directed.
  2. In the meantime, heat the cream, white wine and Gorgonzola in a deep pan and stir to create a smooth sauce. Boil these down for about 5 minutes. Now put the ham in the cheese sauce and season with salt, pepper and oregano.
  3. Transfer the finished tagliatelle to the pan, mix thoroughly and let it steep for a moment.
