Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet and drain.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the leek into narrow rings. Fry the mince in a pan with a little oil. Add the leek and fry with it. Now add the cream cheese, cream and a small piece of herb butter. Bring everything to the boil briefly. Put the cooked noodles in the sauce and mix everything together.
