Fry the diced bacon and diced onions in a saucepan with a little olive oil, add the mushrooms, add the chopped garlic and sauté for about 5 minutes. Deglaze with a dash of white wine and cream. Stir in the cream cheese / creme fraiche.
In the meantime, cook the pasta.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and a little chilli. Stir in sugar. Let it thicken a little.
