Ingredients
- 2 cans mushrooms, sliced
- 2 large onions, diced
- 1 bottle cream
- 250 g bacon, diced
- 3 tablespoon cream cheese or creme fraiche
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 shot white wine
- some olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- Chilli powder
- Garlic, cut into small pieces

- Fry the diced bacon and diced onions in a saucepan with a little olive oil, add the mushrooms, add the chopped garlic and sauté for about 5 minutes. Deglaze with a dash of white wine and cream. Stir in the cream cheese / creme fraiche.
- In the meantime, cook the pasta.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper and a little chilli. Stir in sugar. Let it thicken a little.
- Arrange the pasta and pour the sauce over it.
