Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a saucepan according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into small fine cubes. Fry the onion until light yellow. Cut the ham into cubes and add to the onions. Let it fry briefly. Add the cream and the processed cheese and let it boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. You can of course also season with herbs, but that is up to you.
  3. Then drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Mix everything well so that the pasta can absorb some of the sauce.
  4. Tip: The sauce can be thickened with a sauce thickener if it is too thin.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
