I`m tired of being ruined my favorite dish with various additional unnecessary stuff, so I decided to save the recipe from the ultimate good tahini.
Put the sesame paste, water, lemon juice, garlic and parsley in a tall container and puree with the blender. Season to taste with salt and crushed cumin. Cool and enjoy.
Tahini is served as a sauce on very finely cut, mixed salad made from tomatoes, cucumber, spring onions, fresh coriander, parsley and a little mint.
