Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms. Peel and finely chop shallots and garlic cloves. Wash the chilli pepper and cut into fine rings. Sauté shallots, garlic and chilli in olive oil, add mushrooms and fry for approx. 5 minutes. Deglaze with sherry, season with salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
