Peel the bell pepper, cut open lengthways and core and cut into four equal pieces. Match the pieces to each other in twos and fill with a wedge of Manchego cheese. Then wrap the parcels with a slice of Serrano ham and fix diagonally with three toothpicks so that they can be fried and turned better later.
Before frying, coat all sides with a marinade made from oil, pepper, salt, oregano and thyme.
Then sear it on all sides and then cook for about 3 minutes on each side until the Manchego begins to emerge, then remove it from the stove and grind a little pepper and salt over it, enjoy either warm or cold immediately.
