- Cut the baguette into lengths of 10 - 12 cm and cut them in half.
- Cut the onion into small cubes and press the garlic through the press. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well, season with salt and pepper.
- Press the baguette halves in a little in the middle and apply the prepared spread with a tablespoon.
- Preheat the grill (I use a gas grill for this) to about 180 degrees and place the tarte flambée buns indirectly and grill for about 15 minutes.
