To make it as quick as possible, use ready-made dough from the refrigerated shelf. Brush this with crème fraîche and distribute the ingredients one after the other on the tarte flambée.
Bake at 180 ° C top / bottom heat in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes on the middle rack. As always, the exact baking time depends on the oven.
