Tartlets with Chicken and Mushrooms Instructions

  1. To prepare the chicken and mushroom tartlets, prepare the required foods according to the list.

  2. Dip the chicken fillet in boiling salted water and boil until tender, about 20 minutes. Hard-boiled eggs (8 minutes after boiling), cool and cold water.
  3. Chop the onion finely.
  4. Chop the mushrooms finely.
  5. Preheat a frying pan, pour some vegetable oil on it and fry the mushrooms and onions over low heat until light brown.
  6. Cool the boiled chicken fillet, cut as small as possible.
  7. Peel boiled eggs, chop into small cubes.
  8. Put chicken fillet, mushrooms with onions and eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste. Add mayonnaise.
  9. Stir the filling for the tartlets thoroughly.
