Tartlets with Chicken and Mushrooms

Tartlets with boiled chicken fillet, boiled eggs and fried champignons with onions are a very tasty and satisfying snack. Chicken and mushroom tartlets are perfect for any festive table.

Ingredients

  • Tartlets – 12-15 pcs.
  • Chicken fillet – 500 g
  • Champignon mushrooms – 300 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise – 2-3 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil for frying – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Fresh greens (for decoration) – to taste

Directions

  1. To prepare the chicken and mushroom tartlets, prepare the required foods according to the list.
  2. Dip the chicken fillet in boiling salted water and boil until tender, about 20 minutes. Hard-boiled eggs (8 minutes after boiling), cool and cold water.
  3. Chop the onion finely.
  4. Chop the mushrooms finely.
  5. Preheat a frying pan, pour some vegetable oil on it and fry the mushrooms and onions over low heat until light brown.
  6. Cool the boiled chicken fillet, cut as small as possible.
  7. Peel boiled eggs, chop into small cubes.
  8. Put chicken fillet, mushrooms with onions and eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste. Add mayonnaise.
  9. Stir the filling for the tartlets thoroughly.
  10. Place a full tablespoon of the filling in each tartlet.
  11. Decorate the chicken and mushroom tartlets with a leaf of fresh herbs and serve to the festive table.
