Instructions

  1. Prepare the espresso, add sugar if you like and stir in the rum. Put ice cold.
  2. Poke a nice ball out of a packet of vanilla ice cream and roll it in the chocolate flakes. You can also use chocolate sprinkles or cocoa powder.
  3. Pour the espresso into a glass and carefully place the ice ball in it. It also goes with whipped cream if desired.
  4. A fine, small, Italian dessert.
