Mix the eggs and sugar until foamy, add the remaining ingredients and stir on the highest level for about 5 minutes until creamy and then bake the waffles in a greased waffle iron.
Usually waffle batter is very thick and takes a lot to fill an iron. This dough is quite runny. For a normal-sized waffle iron, half a ladle of this batter is sufficient for a waffle, the batter rises well in the iron.
