Mix the flour with the ground nuts, sugar and cocoa. Cut the butter into small pieces and add it to a smooth dough. Let the dough rest a little.
Shape the dough into 1 cm thick rolls and cut them into 5 cm long pieces. Place the nut rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake. Baking time approx. 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Melt the couverture in a water bath and dip the ends of the nut biscuits a little bit and then let them dry.
