Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into rings and the peppers into small pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the tartar in it, add the onions and peppers and fry vigorously. Deglaze with the tomatoes and vegetable stock. Add the drained corn and the baked beans / chili beans with juice and let simmer. Season to taste with spices.
  3. This goes well with rice and a mixed salad (charge extra).
