Instructions

  1. Fry the beaten eggs, seasoned with salt and pepper, in hot butter like an omelette. Cut the cooled omelette into strips.
  2. Heat the oil in the wok and steam the garlic until translucent. The paprika strips and the onion are added and fried for 2 minutes. Mix in the rice and soy sauce and fry for another 2 minutes.
  3. Cook with the spring onions, strips of omelette and bean sprouts for another minute and serve immediately.
  4. Flavor with a few drops of sesame oil to taste.
