Slowly fry the onions in a saucepan in the boiled bacon until translucent, then fry the minced meat in them. Sear the cabbage vigorously, it can get a little darker. Add caraway seeds and bay leaf. Pour in the broth and simmer on a low heat.
After about half an hour, season to taste with salt and pepper and continue cooking for a short time. In the meantime, cook the noodles al dente, drain and mix with the cabbage.
