Instructions

  1. Clean the turkey breast and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash and chop the basil. Wash the peppers, remove the stalk and cut into fine rings.
  2. Heat the curry paste with the herb butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the turkey breast pieces. Then stir in the coconut milk, 100 ml of water and bamboo strips. Add the fish sauce and cane sugar to the meat and bring to the boil briefly.
  3. Season with basil and hot peppers.
