Cut a large piece of aluminum foil for each schnitzel, grease the size of the schnitzel with a brush and cover with onion rings. Salt, pepper and coat the ridge schnitzel with mustard, place the seasoned side on the onion rings, then repeat the same procedure on the upper side and cover with onion rings. Close the foil tightly. Then bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 250 degrees and then bake for another 30 minutes at 130 degrees.
Add a beer, garlic baguette and the evening is perfect!
