Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the freshly picked thyme and mint leaves. Scald with boiling water and cover for 15 minutes.
  2. Strain the leaves and sweeten the tea with honey if desired. A shot of gin also fits in for a version that is not suitable for minors.
  3. Good for colds, bronchitis and headaches.
