Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon thyme, fresher, chopped
- 2 tablespoon peppermint, fresh, chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup boiling water

- Roughly chop the freshly picked thyme and mint leaves. Scald with boiling water and cover for 15 minutes.
- Strain the leaves and sweeten the tea with honey if desired. A shot of gin also fits in for a version that is not suitable for minors.
- Good for colds, bronchitis and headaches.
