Ingredients
- 2 ½ kg peas with pods or 750 g frozen peas thawed
- 30 g butter
- 1 cup meat broth
- 1 bunch peppermint
- salt
- sugar

- Peel the peas and sauté in butter. Add the meat stock and chopped mint (leave a few leaves for garnish).
- Season the peas with salt and sugar and cook for 15 minutes over low heat.
- Season again before serving and garnish with the remaining peppermint leaves.
