Ingredients

  • 4 sheets gelatin
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 60 g suar
  • 4 tablespoon liqueur (peppermint), green
  • 350 g whipped cream, whipped until stiff

Instructions

  1. Soak gelatin. Mix the egg yolks and sugar until thick and frothy. Stir in the liqueur. Squeeze out gelatine, dissolve over low heat and fold in. Fold in the cream. Chill the mousse for at least 4 hours.
