Instructions
Slightly pound the released chops flat with the heel of your hand and cut into the edges. Turn the meat slices in thyme and press the herbs well, pepper and fry in a pan in hot oil for 5 minutes on each side.
Tip:
The released bones can be used for a meat broth.
