Cut the potatoes into slices (do not peel them!) And place them on a baking sheet, ideally placing parchment paper under them beforehand. Then mix a sauce of olive oil, thyme, salt, pepper and a little garlic and brush the potato slices with it. Then place sliced sheep`s cheese on top of the potatoes
In the meantime preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Leave the potato slices in the oven for a good 15-20 minutes.
If you don`t like thyme, you can also use rosemary!
