Instructions

  1. Combine the syrup, tiger nuts, and coconut oil in a food processor or blender. Let the food processor run for 3 minutes. Interrupt if necessary so that the machine does not overheat. If available, switch from the mixing insert to the emulsifying disc at the end. Pour into a screw jar.
  2. The spread does not need to be kept in the refrigerator.
