• 50 grams sugar
• 60 ml Cointreau
• 60 ml limoncello
• 360 ml gin, good quality
• Carbonated mineral water, cold

Instructions

1. In the glass container, work the lemons, sugar and orange liqueur with a bar pestle until the sugar is dissolved. Stir in the limoncello and gin and pour through a small sieve into a Rocks glass filled with ice cubes.
2. Garnish the cocktail with lemon wedges and fill up with sparkling water.
