Ingredients
- 2 lemon (s), sliced
- 50 grams sugar
- 60 ml Cointreau
- 60 ml limoncello
- 360 ml gin, good quality
- Carbonated mineral water, cold

- In the glass container, work the lemons, sugar and orange liqueur with a bar pestle until the sugar is dissolved. Stir in the limoncello and gin and pour through a small sieve into a Rocks glass filled with ice cubes.
- Garnish the cocktail with lemon wedges and fill up with sparkling water.
