Instructions
Mix the mascarpone, quark and sugar together. Beat 200g cream and vanilla sugar until stiff, fold into the mascarpone cream. Soak the ladyfingers in amaretto and espresso coffee.
Layer alternately in a rectangular shape, chill.
Dust with cocoa before serving.
