Instructions

  1. Boil the coffee hard and chill.
  2. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites into snow and set aside. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar, vanilla sugar and 3/4 of the bitter almond oil with a whisk. Then add the mascarpone and stir. Now add the egg whites and carefully fold in. Now the cream is ready.
  3. Pour the rest of the bitter almond oil into the cold coffee.
  4. Place half of the ladyfingers in a suitable baking dish. Use a pastry brush to drizzle the coffee biscuits several times (approx. 2 to 3 times) and pour half of the mascarpone cream over them. Then layer another layer of ladyfingers and brush with coffee again. Then spread the rest of the cream over it. Finally, sprinkle the cocoa powder over the cream and let the tiramisu cool in the refrigerator - preferably overnight.
