Mix together flour, sugar, salt (possibly vanilla flavor) and baking powder.
Whisk the oil, milk and egg together. Mix the oil mixture with the flour mixture and finally carefully mix the fresh raspberries into the batter. Fill into muffin cups (don`t fill them up completely - they will open!) And put them in a muffin tin.
Now to top it off, the topping:
To do this, knead the sugar with flour, butter and cinnamon and sprinkle the unbaked muffins in the baking tray with this mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 20 to 25 minutes, until the muffins are lightly golden brown.
Under no circumstances do without the topping - it provides the right to die for effect!
