Ingredients
- 190 g flour
- 150 grams sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 80 ml milk
- 1 egg (s)
- 80 ml oil
- 145 g raspberries, fresh
- possibly vanilla flavor
For covering:
- 100 g suar
- 40 grams flour
- 55 g butter
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon

- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
- Mix together flour, sugar, salt (possibly vanilla flavor) and baking powder.
- Whisk the oil, milk and egg together. Mix the oil mixture with the flour mixture and finally carefully mix the fresh raspberries into the batter. Fill into muffin cups (don`t fill them up completely - they will open!) And put them in a muffin tin.
- Now to top it off, the topping:
- To do this, knead the sugar with flour, butter and cinnamon and sprinkle the unbaked muffins in the baking tray with this mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 20 to 25 minutes, until the muffins are lightly golden brown.
- Under no circumstances do without the topping - it provides the right to die for effect!
