Instructions

1. Toast the toast and let it cool. Brush with butter.
2. Beat the eggs with salt. Heat the remaining butter and prepare the scrambled eggs. Then distribute these on the toast.
3. Peel and slice the bananas and place on top of the scrambled eggs. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Put the toast in the oven on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 200 degrees or 180 degrees fan-assisted for approx. 5 - 10 minutes until the desired browning is achieved.
