- 4 slices toast
- 4 teaspoons butter
- 4 egg (s)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 4 banana (s)
- 1 cup grated Emmentaler

- Toast the toast and let it cool. Brush with butter.
- Beat the eggs with salt. Heat the remaining butter and prepare the scrambled eggs. Then distribute these on the toast.
- Peel and slice the bananas and place on top of the scrambled eggs. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Put the toast in the oven on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 200 degrees or 180 degrees fan-assisted for approx. 5 - 10 minutes until the desired browning is achieved.
