- Peel the banana and cut into large pieces, wash the kiwi and figs and cut into large pieces with the peel. Grind all ingredients together with the lemon juice and coconut oil in the blender on the highest setting. Then add 1 - 2 cups of water or juice depending on the desired consistency and mix again briefly.
- Coconut oil is very healthy and gives the smoothie a creamy consistency and a delicious tropical taste.
- Depending on your preference and taste, the smoothie can also be seasoned with mint, basil or ginger.
