Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs, breadcrumbs, milk and tomato ketchup together and season with the spices and herbs. Heat the clarified butter in a pan and fry the egg mixture while stirring until it is creamy and light golden yellow. If it gets too firm, add a dash of milk.
