Instructions

  1. Heat some butter in a small pan, add the egg and fry with the scrambled eggs, season.
  2. In a second pan, about 1 tablespoon. Heat the garlic butter and toast the toast slice in it on both sides, place the toast on a plate, coat with herbal cream cheese, place the scrambled eggs on top, place the anchovy strips on top, sprinkle with chives.
