Instructions

  1. Puree the banana with the lemon juice, the vanilla and the cinnamon. Add apple pulp and puree again briefly. Finally add the tofu in cubes and then puree everything until it becomes a homogeneous cream.
  2. If you prefer the cream to be thin, you can stir in a little soy milk or soy cream as you like.
  3. If you like it sweet, you can sweeten the cream as you like. I don`t add extra sweetness to the cream, however, because in my opinion the fruit`s own sweetness is completely sufficient.
  4. Divide the tofu fruit cream into 4 serving bowls and sprinkle each with a little cinnamon.
  5. The tofu fruit cream with cinnamon is suitable as a dessert (4 servings), a protein-rich breakfast or a snack between meals. Then, depending on how hungry you are, divide the cream into 2 servings if necessary.
