Instructions

  1. Finely mash the tofu with a fork. Finely dice the bell pepper and onion, grate the carrot. Knead the vegetables with tofu, egg and quark into a mass, bind with protein powder until it becomes malleable (2-3 tablespoon should be sufficient), add spices and herbs and season to taste.
